  • I am new to using cannabis. What do I need to know?

    Cannabis comes in different forms and products, primarily containing THC, which is psychoactive, and CBD, which is non-intoxicating and often used for wellness. At NOBO Dispensary in Michigan, Illinois, and Colorado, we offer flower, edibles, tinctures, vapes, and topicals to suit different preferences. For personalized guidance, ask your budtender in-store or check out our blog.

  • What do I need to know to shop at NOBO?

    To shop at any NOBO recreational dispensary, you have to be 21 years old and possess a valid government ID.

  • How do I pay?

    At NOBO, we accept cash at all locations and debit cards at select stores. For your convenience, ATMs are available on-site. Plus, a portion of every ATM fee goes directly to our Community Giveback Program! While debit card payment for curbside orders is coming soon, it is not yet available. We also offer NOBO gift cards, which can be purchased through your budtender.

  • Can I order ahead and just pick up?

    Yes! We want to make it as easy as possible for you. You can order online and pick up at our store. When you arrive at your preferred NOBO location, just follow the signs for PICK UP customers.

  • Can I travel with cannabis?

    No, not at this time. Since cannabis is not legal at the federal level, you cannot take the product outside of the state in which it was purchased.

  • Do you have a loyalty program?

    Yes, we do! You will receive loyalty points for each purchase, and you can redeem those points for products at our stores. Ask your budtender for details or visit our Rewards page.

  • Is your location wheelchair accessible?

    Yes, all NOVO stores are fully ADA-compliant to serve our customers. Visit our Locations page to learn more about the amenities available at each of our NOBO dispensaries.

  • Is there parking available?

    Yes, all our dispensary locations have convenient on-site parking. Visit our Locations page to learn more about other parking options available.

  • Can I bring my service dog into NOBO dispensaries?

    Service dogs are welcome here at NOBO! We follow the U.S. Department of Justice’s ADA requirements for service dogs. Dogs must be trained to assist a person with a disability. Unfortunately, emotional support animals are prohibited inside NOBO facilities at this time.
